🥞OATY HEALTHY CREPES🥞
🥚40g All purpose flour
🥚120g Oat Flour
🥚160g Eazy Egg whites
🥚100ml Semi-skimmed milk
Method: Whisk the egg whites until they create a fluffy foam. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat up a pan, add some oil and fry your pancake until you see bubbles, then turn around and keep on the pan for another 30-60s.
I used mixed berries, almond flakes and icing sugar as a topping. Enjoy!
