INGREDIENTS
- 150 ml of Eazy Egg Whites
- 25 g Coconut Flour
- 25 g Coconut Protein
- 50 Berry Flavour Huel
- 1 Banana (100 g°
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 120 ml Water
METHOD
Mash the banana in a bowl, add in wet ingredients & mix thoroughly.
Using a ladle, scoop batter & place into pancake pancake pan. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip. Ensure cooked through (5 minutes).
Place the pancakes on a plate, add toppings & Bon Appétit!
