INGREDIENTS
- 200 ml Eazy Egg Whites
- 20 g Soft Mozarella
- 30 g Slow Roasted Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Freeze Dried Parsley
METHOD
Pour Eazy Egg Whites into grease-proof omelette oan, sprinkle black pepper & chives. Cook for 3-5 minutes at medium heat.
Slice mozarella & slow roasted tomatoes & place onto omelette on low until cooked through.
Slide onto a plate & enjoy!
