INGREDIENTS
- 30 g Smoked Salmon
- 100 ml Eazy Egg Whites
- 15 g Cheese
- 1 slice Dark Rye & Sunflower Bread
- 45 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Freeze Dried Chives
METHOD
Pour Eazy Egg Whites into grease-proof omelette pan, add in smoked salmon & half of the chives. Cook for 10 minutes at medium heat.
Grate cheese & sprinkle onto omelette. Cook on low until cooke through.
Toast bread & slice cherry tomatoes. Put it all on a plate & Bon Appétit!
