Ingredients:â
đ„40g All purpose flourâ
đ„120g Oat Flourâ
đ„160g Eazy Egg whitesâ
đ„100ml Semi-skimmed milkâ
đ„2g Saltâ

Method: Whisk the egg whites until they create a fluffy foam. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. â

Heat up a pan, add some oil and fry your pancake until you see bubbles, then turn around and keep on the pan for another 30-60s. â
I used mixed berries, almond flakes and icing sugar as a topping. Enjoy!â
