CHOC PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST


An incredible dessert from last night! Layered with banana and white choc, topped with rasberry and white choc ice cream and drizzled with hazulnut spread. And obviously using our egg whites, which come in a bottle that is so convenient! You can also try it using vanilla casein, which will keep it this super crispy but also moist. Give it a go!

INGREDIENTS⁠
2 slices of bread cut in half⁠
150g @eazyegguk egg white⁠
15g Whey or casein (vanilla)⁠
2 tbsp sweetner⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
Toppings⁠

METHOD⁠
1: Pre-heat oven to 150c and place a non stick pan on medium heat.⁠

2: Use a whisk and whisk together the egg, protein, sweetner and vanilla until foamy and light.⁠

3: Soak the bread for a good 5 minutes until absolutely saturated!⁠

4: Cook gradually on medium heat, spooning on any left over egg mix while cooking.⁠

6: Finish in the oven until crispy.⁠
