EGG WHITE COCONUT & BERRY PANCAKES

Serves: 2 (makes 8 pancakes)

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml of Eazy Egg Whites
  • 25 g Coconut Flour
  • 25 g Coconut Protein 
  • 50 Berry Flavour Huel
  • 1 Banana (100 g°
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 120 ml Water

 

METHOD

Mash the banana in a bowl, add in wet ingredients & mix thoroughly.
Using a ladle, scoop batter & place into pancake pancake pan. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip. Ensure cooked through (5 minutes).
Place the pancakes on a plate, add toppings & Bon Appétit!
