(makes 6)⁠

🥚40g All purpose flour⁠
🥚120g Oat Flour⁠
🥚160g Eazy Egg whites⁠
🥚100ml Semi-skimmed milk⁠
🥚2g Salt⁠

Method: Whisk the egg whites until they create a fluffy foam. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. ⁠

Heat up a pan, add some oil and fry your pancake until you see bubbles, then turn around and keep on the pan for another 30-60s. ⁠
I used mixed berries, almond flakes and icing sugar as a topping. Enjoy!⁠
